The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options. the reception staff was available 24/7! The steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and indoor pool were located in the spa. It was a treat. the evening buffet was really good and service met expectations.
i found the parking to be pay-per-use at 24€, even with the room rate.

The staff were friendly. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! The buffet included a wide selection of items. The hotel is also in a good location with easy access to the bus into town. The hotel also offers convenient bag storage for early arrivals or late check-outs.
The soundproofing was inadequate. It was difficult to sleep at times.

The staff were pleasant on reception and in the bar. The hotel has a lovely pool area and bar. The room was very clean. I appreciated the balcony that came with the room.
I found the room to be quite noisy. I could hear sounds from above. These seemed to come from drainage pipes. There was no toilet brush provided, a strange omission for a 4-star hotel.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

The breakfast selection was extensive with freshly squeezed orange juice available. The room included a safe box, large enough to store a laptop. I found the staff very attentive and helpful (especially when I needed directions). The hotel is within easy reach of public transportation.
The walk to the city center took about half an hour. It could be uncomfortable on hot days.

The staff provided proactive service, notably keeping dinner for late arrivals at 10 pm. Celebrating a birthday resulted in a surprise champagne gift in the room, a thoughtful gesture that enhanced our experience.
